Return Eligibility

An order is eligible for return within 2 days from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items, or items significantly different from the online description.

How to raise a return request

2.  Attach required photos —  For damaged or incorrect items, share a clear photo of the product, the price tag, and the packing cover as received.

3.  Await approval —  Our support team will review your request and notify you of the decision.

4.  Ship the item back —  Once approved, pack the saree in its original condition and ship to our return address below.

5.  Refund or exchange —  Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.

 

CONDITIONS

Conditions for accepted returns

The products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered and unused. Please ensure all of the following are met:

•  Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

•  Original tags, labels, and packaging must be included

•  Price tag must be present on the saree

•  Saree folding must be intact as originally packed

•  Unboxing video must be provided as proof of damage or defect
